A Learning, Practicing and Training Golf Center
- Golf Development Complex (GDC) is a premier learning, practice and training center located in Moorpark, CA. There is easy access off of the 23 freeway, only four miles from the 101 freeway and two miles from the 118 freeway.
- Owners: Paul Holtby, PGA and spouse Diane Cooper are in the process of creating innovative offerings to help improve all facets of your game.
- We have 30 covered stalls and an additional 42 hitting bays. We have lasered targets ranging from 25 yards up to 200 yards and four target greens at 100, 125 over a lake, 150 and 200 yards.
- To sharpen your scoring shots, we have targets that range from 20 yards to 75 yards in 5 yard increments.
- Currently, we have LPGA and PGA instructors and three additional instructors. Click on: GDC Instructors.
- We offer five distinct types of hitting surfaces, fairway height and rough in addition to hitting bays with the four lies: uphill, downhill, ball above and ball below.

- On the West side lower level there is a 5,000 SF putting green and a short game area for chipping and pitching including tight lies, rough and intermediate rough.
- On The East end you will find the greenside and fairway bunkers.
- We open at 7:00 am and close at 10:00 pm during Pacific Daylight Time. You can rent golf balls up to 9:45 pm.
- We purchase all new Wilson Staff Premium range balls approximately every six to eight months. Wilson Staff premium range balls are full flight balls that were tested on a launch monitor and have the most consistent ball flight pattern and distance.
- We have installed a completely new lighting system that provides greater night visibility and target clarity.
- We offer three bucket sizes, several specials and micro-keys for great savings.
- In our newly renovated Pro-Shop we have a variety of game improvement products, also known as training aids, which are recommended by our instructional staff for all parts of the game.
- Additionally, we offer six Titleist golf ball options, Titleist Permasoft gloves and FootJoy gloves for male, female and juniors.
